Description : This formula contains herbs that are known to prevent and treat female problems.

The caste tree is recognized by the Commission E to treat irregular menstrual cycles, to relieve premenstrual syndrome and mastalgia. Wild yam is known to lower blood lipid levels and reduce symptoms of menopause. In Central America, it was used against ovarian and menstrual disorders, and to ease childbirth. The false unicorn is used to treat menstrual disorders and ovarian cysts and to relieve symptoms of the menopause. The black cohosh is one of the most effective plants to reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) and especially of menopause.

Appreciated by Amerindian, blue cohosh was regularly used to treat gynaecological disorders. It would be rich in phytoestrogens and would stimulate the uterus. It would regulate and restore the entire female reproductive system. The motherwort is used for cardiac disorders of nervous origin, in menopause troubles, amenorrhea, and as a sedative. St. John’s wort is known to treat SAD (winter depression), obsessive-compulsive disorder, relieve symptoms of menopause and premenstrual syndrome. The lemon balm relieves nervousness, restlessness, irritability, sleep disorders and minor gastrointestinal spasm. It calms the heart palpitations, it relieves neuralgia, difficult menstruations, headaches and nausea of pregnancy.

Recommended dosage : 15 to 30 drops 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Cautions and warnings : Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have hormone dependent disease (cancer of the ovary, breast, uterus, endometriosis, uterine fibroids) because of the possible estrogenic activity of this formula.
