Contains : Black cohosh (root) (Actea racemosa), ratio 1:5, purified water, 27% natural grain alcohol.
Description : This plant has long been used in gynecological disorders, especially those of menopause. It is an alternative to the administration of estrogen, because it relieves the discomfort of menopause, particularly hot flushes.
It is also an antispasmodic, a hypotensive and an antidote. It has also been used to improve circulation, skin problems, treat meningitis, dizziness and ear tinnitus.
Recommended dosage: 1/4 tsp 3 times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Cautions and warnings : Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have hormone sensitive conditions such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, breast cancer, uterine cancer, or ovarian cancer. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist.
