The oak bark is rich in calcium, manganese and zinc. The red clover is a great blood purifier in open wounds. The comfrey has healing properties and is a bone repair. The marshmallow is recognized as a source of mucilage and is used to treat external wounds. The mucilage contained mullein has emollient and soothing qualities.

The meadow helps set the calcium and other minerals in the structural system. The lobelia eliminates rheumatic pain, bruises, sprains and strains. The skullcap helps calm agitation, it relieves nervousness, insomnia, nerve pains and premenstrual pain. The walnut hull is a natural source of fluoride to feed bones.

Recommended dosage : 1 tea spoon 3 times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
