Oat is used in dietetic. It is an excellent source of silica, magnesium and manganese. It is recommended in states of fatigue and overwork. It helps to prevent the rise of glucose high after a meal. It is also useful in digestive disorders of nervous origin.

The bladderwrack is used in Europe as a medication for gastroesopahgeal reflux and general digestive disorders. The alginate (a substance present in the bladderwrack) helps to fight against the effects of gastric reflux. Once in the stomach, it forms a gel in suspension, which helps to protect parietes and to lo limit acid reflux into the esophagus.

The buckthorn is used to treat constipation associated to atonic conditions (lack of tone). It relieves bloating and is useful in cases of jaundice, hepatitis and cirrhosis.

The fumitory is used in spasmodic disorders associated with gallbladder, biliary tract and gastrointestinal tract. The alkaloids that it contains stimulate the bile flow.

Recommended dosage : 30 to 40 drops 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
