USE

Massage: works effectively against the anxiety and worries. Relaxes cramps, relieves rheumatism and lumbago. Add 4 to 5 drops in a neutral base to soothe the mind, 10 to 12 drops and the massaged person falls asleep under your fingers.

Bath: for a bath with calming virtues but also for gastrointestinal disorders

Inhalation / olfaction: to soothe coughs, colds and infections of winter.

Diffusion: to calm the sudden anger, anxiety and facilitate sleep.

Cautions: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. May cause sleepiiness. Possible skin irritations.
