Description : This formula is a cardiovascular tonic. It is balanced according to traditional Chinese medicine, that is to say by combining stimulating, relaxing and nutritious herbs. This combination can be used for almost all cardiac conditions without the concern of over-stimulate the heart.
The flavonoids present in the hawthorn berry, including hyperoside and vitexin, regulate the heartbeat. They act on too fast cardiac rhythms, decrease the heart palpitations and the exaggerated perception of the heartbeat among anxious person. The horsetail grass is rich in potassium and silica. It increases the number of white blood cells and improves the resistance of the conjunctive tissue. The Valerian is effective in the treatment of arrhythmia. It lowers blood pressure, increases blood flow to the heart and improves the ability of the heart to do its pumping job. The balm of Gilead is rich in salycates. During ingestion, salycates turn into salicylic acid in the nascent state (in Aspirin), hence their calming effect.
Pine needles is balsamic. The hops supports the action of the heart and increase the circulation of the capillaries. The lady’s slipper helps to keep a proper functioning of the cerebral medulla oblongata, which controls the functions of respiration, heart beat and blood pressure. The lobelia provides relaxation and an immediate expansion to the contracted parties of the respiratory system, allowing better circulation and oxygenation of the blood. The wood betony is a moderated stimulant for the heart, it also has a hypotensive activity. The mistletoe is known to treat the following problems: hypertension, weak pulse and heart hypertrophy.
Recommended dosage : 15 to 30 drops 2 to 3 times a day or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
